REVEALING BALI'S SECRETS - THE PETITENGET FLEAMARKET

This week we want to bring to your attention an awesome new Flea Market recently opened up just off Jl. Petitenget. For the music lovers on the island many of you will be familiar with the small plot of container based businesses that used to home the guys from Tantra and still house the Tuck ‘n’ Trap crew. The management company behind this great little creative complex have spent the last few months putting together an awesome Flea Market just off of Petitenget.

Whilst there are many Flea Markets in Bali, this one is massive and houses over 100 local traders selling everything from clothing, jewellery, souvenirs, accessories and more that you would expect from a decent market and is a lot more akin to the night markets you get in Bangkok than any others we have seen on the island. There are about 5 stalls still available which if you are interested in contact HERI on 087888801144.

There are also several different food vendors on site as well including a bar that sells soft drinks and of course Bintang too! The Market is open 7 days a week from 10 am to 8 pm for the tents and up to 10 pm or later for the food stalls.

To celebrate the opening and Indonesian Independence Day they are holding a day of festivities and activities this Saturday at the market including kids activities, live music and much more!

So if you have kids and enjoy an afternoon in the sun checking out stalls for that ideal little gift for someone (or yourself!) then we suggest you drop in and check out this place on Saturday!

You can find the location for the flea market on google maps HERE.
