THE DEADLINE IS WEDNESDAY 25TH JULY 5PM!!
Whilst boat parties are not a new concept of course this one definitely has a couple of very interesting factors you really ought to consider for a boogie on the high seas with a difference. First of all, the boat itself is an absolute beauty! A traditional Indonesian sailing vessel it really is a thing of beauty as you can see below…
Then there is the music, which will be courtesy of an awesome collective from the UK called Kinky Malinki. For 20 years this London based collective have been a constant at the forefront of house music and have seen dozens if not hundreds of others come and go. It’s a really interesting move for The Bali Boat Party to recruit these guys to create the musical tapestry and one we wholeheartedly support.
We managed to pin Eva down from her busy schedule to answer a few questions we are sure are on the tips of your tongues regarding the Boat Party and what it involves!
HOW LONG HAS THIS LITTLE PROJECT BEEN IN THE PIPELINE AND WHAT'S THE BACKSTORY TO IT?
HOW BIG IS THE BOAT AND HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN IT HOLD?
It's a 120ft Phinisi boat, it’s a traditional Indonesian vessel and it can hold up to 200 passengers for an event. Everything about Bali Boat Party is to focus not only on the party energy of Bali but the heritage of Indonesia. I have a lot of respect for the country I live and work in. I’m feeling very blessed to be in Bali.
